This dress will bring the flirty and lighthearted side out of anyone! It is a strapless full length gown with a layered skirt and straight neckline. The top is made out of a brocade-like satin and the skirt is fun layers of light curled netting. Skirt also features custom appliques and the bodice has satin ribbons adorned with crystal flourishes.
